Update
Crypto deposits and withdrawals continue to experience delays. We remain in close contact with our third-party provider, who has assured us that resolving this issue remains their highest priority.
Delayed deposits and withdrawals will complete once the issue is resolved. All other services, including fiat deposits and withdrawals, are operating normally.
We apologise for the continued disruption and will share further updates as soon as we have more information.
