We are aware of an ongoing incident at Mastercard that may be affecting some Uphold Card users in the UK.
The following features may be intermittently impacted for some UK Uphold Card users: - Viewing card details and PIN - Card freezing - Online payments requiring 3DS authentication
Please note that this issue is not affecting all cards or transactions. If you are currently able to use your card normally, no action is needed.
Mastercard is actively working to resolve this issue and we are monitoring.
We will provide updates as they become available.
